Co-founder, Jarod Fields

I’ve spent over a decade in hospitality that includes co-founding a coffee company, managing hotel service teams, and working nearly every role on the in the front and back of house. I understand the pace, the pressure, the community, and how hard it is to keep things running smoothly day after day. My goal is to make that process better for both owners and employees.

My approach training and development focuses on earning buy-in, building consistency, and tying growth to something personal so people are invested and want to do the work. That’s how you create win-win solutions for both the business and the staff.

I earned a Master’s in Applied Industrial-Organizational Psychology to turn what I learned through experience into systems and tools that every restaurant, bar, or hotel manager can start using on day one.

I’m a U.S. Air Force veteran who worked in high stress tight timeline environment leading my team to success and solving various problems. I trained many of my coworkers to not only succeed, but thrive in this environment. I pull from this experience to tackle and creatively solve any problems I encounter.

I enjoy helping people and groups develop and making sure that organizational processes are efficient and make sense. To better do this, I studied industrial and organizational psychology and earned my Master’s degree.

I believe that the best companies are made from the best employees. To do this, I work to balance the interests of workers and leadership so that all parties benefit. My goal is to develop systems and changes that work for you and your employees. When everyone wins, the company wins.
